- If you already have a Wabtec SSO account credentials but do not have an access to the CWC application, then go to https://customer.wabtec.com and click on ‘Register' button you will get the login information page, click on the ‘Click Here' button placed next to the following message "If you have Wabtec SSO, continue registration with your existing Wabtec SSO user id and password". Log in with your Wabtec SSO account credentials and register for the CWC application by providing personal and business information details. Click on ‘Next' and select the downstream applications that you want an access to and click on ‘Submit'. Once you submit the registration details you will get a confirmation page with ‘Enter CWC' button. If you click on ‘Enter CWC' button on the confirmation page then you will be redirected to the CWC Lobby page. CWC Lobby page will provide following details: a) Latest News for your selected business types, b) CWC Tutorials, c) Latest blogs from WabtecTransportation.com, d) Connect with us widget (with customer service contact information).
- If you are a Wabtec Transportation employee then your access request will be approved immediately. You will receive an access grant email notification to your registered email id. Downstream applications access will be approved separately by the downstream admin. Once the downstream applications are approved you will receive the downstream applications grant notification and then you can access it under ‘My Applications' menu tab on the CWC application.
- If you are a Non Wabtec Transportation employee then your access request will be forwarded for an approval. You will receive an access grant/rejection email notification to your registered email id. Downstream applications access will be approved separately by the downstream admin. Once the downstream applications are approved you will receive the downstream applications grant notification and then you can access it under ‘My Applications' menu tab on the CWC application.
- If you have a valid Wabtec SSO account and already granted an access to the CWC application then go to https://customer.wabtec.com enter your Wabtec SSO credentials and click on ‘Login' button. You will be redirected to the CWC application home page
- Has my username and password changed?
- I forgot my Wabtec SSO. How to retrieve it?
- I forgot my password. How can I get it reset?
- If you remember your challenge questions and the answers to those questions then select option one. Provide your registered email address and answer the challenge question which you have set initially. Input your new password and confirm the new password, click on ‘Submit'. Your password will be reset.
- If you have an access to your registered email then select the option 2, you will be asked to confirm your partially hidden email address. If the email address shown is correct click on ‘Yes' or else click on ‘No'. If you click on ‘Yes', you will receive an email with instructions for re-registering the Single Sign On. Remember to note down the Reset Code (in red) shown on your screen. You will need to enter the Reset Code to register for Single Sign On

Wabtec Single Sign On (SSO) is a company-wide security and navigation feature designed to allow users to securely sign on and move between the company's web sites.
Any users among Wabtec Customers, Wabtec Users (Non Wabtec Transportation Employees), Wabtec Transportation employees who need an access to the CWC application should have a valid Wabtec SSO account credentials
You will be able to login using your existing Wabtec SSO username and password unless you have been communicated through an email by CWC team that there is a change in either in your username or password.
If you forgot your Wabtec SSO, click on ‘Forgot Username' link on the CWC application login page https://customer.wabtec.com. You will be redirected to get user id page. Provide your registered email address in the space provided and click on ‘Submit'. Your Wabtec SSO username will be emailed to your registered email id.
If you forgot your Password, click on ‘Forgot Password' link on the CWC application login page https://customer.wabtec.com. You will be redirected to Wabtec SSO password reset application page. Provide your Wabtec SSO user id in the space provided and complete the security challenge question and click on ‘Submit'. You will be redirected to password reset page. You can reset your password by two options
Login with your Wabtec SSO account credentials and you will be redirected to Self-Reactivation page. Provide your registered email id on the self-reactivation page and click on ‘Submit'. You will get a confirmation message that the reactivation link has been sent to your registered email id. Open the reactivation email and click on the reactivation link, you will be redirected to CWC login page. Login in to CWC application using your Wabtec SSO account credentials. Your account will be reactivated.
As long as you have not submitted the registration request you can navigate back and forth using ‘Back' or ‘Next' button respectively and edit the personal and business information. Once you submit the request you cannot modify personal or business information until you get an access to the CWC application
